Sound familiar?

Power BI admins find out about problems from complaints.

Without proactive monitoring, admins live in reactive mode — and the business makes decisions on stale data.

“The report is out of date.”

The dataset failed at 2 a.m. and nobody noticed. Leadership opened the report at 8 with numbers from two days ago.

“Nothing has refreshed since yesterday.”

The gateway went down over the weekend and took every dependent refresh with it — discovered only on Monday.

“Everything is slow today.”

Capacity maxed out during month-end close, reports froze, and the throttling cost showed up later.

Features

A permanent watchtower for your data environment.

Everything in a single panel, with automatic alerts and full history — for one or many Microsoft tenants.

🔔

Alerts in minutes

Notification as soon as an anomaly is detected, with smart anti-spam policy: open, spaced reminders, and resolution notice.

📈

Capacities under control

CU consumption (total, background and interactive), paused or maxed-out capacity, throttling, and history with trends.

🔌

Gateways and clusters

Near real-time status, node by node across the cluster, installed version, and which datasets are impacted when a gateway goes down.

🔄

Refresh failures

Datasets and dataflows monitored with full history and Microsoft's original error message — right in the alert.

⏱️

Stuck and slow runs

Detects refreshes stuck "in progress" forever and runs abnormally slow compared to their history.

📦

Always-fresh inventory

Workspaces, reports, models, dataflows, notebooks, pipelines, capacities and gateways — searchable and exportable to Excel/CSV.

🏢

Multi-tenant

Monitor multiple Microsoft 365 tenants in a single panel — ideal for company groups and consultancies.

💬

Alerts where your team is

Email, Microsoft Teams, webhook (Slack, PagerDuty, ITSM), Telegram and WhatsApp — with delivery confirmation: you know the alert arrived.

🤖

AI that explains every error

Every failure comes with an AI-generated diagnosis: probable cause in plain language and improvement proposals based on the dataset's error — analysts understand and fix in minutes, not hours.

AI-processed emails

Every message that reaches your inbox goes through AI first: problem context and next step, no "error code 0x123". And inside the product you can rewrite any text with AI, in one click.

🧠

DAX improvement suggestions

FabricBoard analyzes your models and suggests DAX measure optimizations and modeling best practices — faster reports, lower capacity consumption.

🖥️

Auto-refreshing dashboards

Panel screens refresh on their own, no F5 needed — perfect for keeping open on the data team's big screen.

Scheduled capacity on/off

Schedule times to pause and resume your Fabric capacity (e.g., off overnight and on weekends) and cut your Azure bill. Always optional, audited and with your explicit authorization.

⚖️

Capacity switch by schedule or event

Scale the SKU up or down automatically: on a schedule (e.g., boost at month-end close) or on usage events (throttling, growing queue) — capacity follows demand, and so does cost.

🤖 The only solution on the market with AI truly included — no token spend, no extra charge.

The AI analyzes your models, your solutions and your errors without charging per token and without an add-on module: it ships with every plan. Plus an AI assistant helps the administrator stay in control, generating real-time analysis of the solution.

✓ No cost per token ✓ No extra charge — included in every plan ✓ Assistant with real-time analysis
How it works

Connect, sync, monitoring.

No server, no agent, no VPN, no firewall. All access happens through official Microsoft APIs, in the cloud.

1

Connect your tenant

Sign in with a Microsoft admin account and grant read-only access. Our wizard checks every permission and guides you through anything missing.

2

Automatic sync

FabricBoard inventories your environment in minutes and starts tracking capacities, gateways and refreshes continuously.

3

Get the alerts

Set thresholds, scopes and quiet hours. When something goes off the rails, your team knows — before the users.

What's new

The product ships every week.

We're in early access and building in the open. Here's what just landed and what's coming next — much of it focused on squeezing more out of your Fabric capacity.

Jul 7, 2026AI

AI error analysis on every alert

Every refresh failure now arrives with an AI diagnosis in the email and in the portal: probable cause in plain language, suggested fix and dataset improvements. And you can rewrite any message with AI inside the product.

Late JulyCapacity

Automatic capacity optimization recommendations

A new module will cross-reference CU consumption by item, user and operation to pinpoint waste — off-hours refreshes, heavy DAX measures and idle items — and cut throttling without bumping your SKU.

Coming soonCapacity

Capacity-at-limit alert with overload forecast

FabricBoard will project the CU trend and warn you before throttling hits, suggesting the best window to scale — so month-end close won't catch you off guard.

Coming soonAlerts

WhatsApp with delivery confirmation

The WhatsApp channel will get delivery status on every alert — so a critical incident won't get lost among emails.

Security & privacy

Your business data never leaves your tenant.

FabricBoard reads only metadata — names, statuses, usage metrics. No report content or dataset data is ever accessed.

Read-only by default — FabricBoard changes nothing in your environment. Capacity scaling actions are optional and require separate explicit authorization.
Metadata only — report content and source data are never collected.
Credentials in an encrypted vault (Azure Key Vault) — never in plain text.
Full isolation between customers — each organization sees only its own environment.
Revoke anytime — remove access from Microsoft Entra ID whenever you want.
GDPR by design — Microsoft Azure infrastructure, transparency and defined retention.
Pricing

Simple plans by artifact count — always costs less.

AI included in every plan — no per-user pricing and no per-token charges. Alert channels and multi-tenancy vary by plan. 14-day free trial on any plan, no credit card.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to install anything on my servers?

No. FabricBoard is 100% SaaS: no agent, no dedicated server, no VPN, no firewall changes. It connects through official Microsoft APIs, in the cloud.

Which permissions are required?

An account with Global Administrator or Fabric/Power BI Administrator role to authorize read access. All requested permissions are read-only, and our connection wizard automatically checks anything missing.

Does it work without dedicated capacity (F or P)?

Yes. Gateways, inventory and dataset refreshes are monitored in any environment. Fabric-only resources (notebooks, pipelines, capacity consumption) require an F/P/A capacity in the tenant.

Does my report data leave my environment?

No. We collect metadata only (names, statuses, durations, consumption metrics). Your report content and source data stay exclusively in your Microsoft tenant.

How do I receive alerts?

Via email, Microsoft Teams, webhook (integrates with Slack, PagerDuty and internal systems), Telegram and WhatsApp. Every alert includes the affected artifact, workspace, timestamp and the original error message — with delivery confirmation for each notification.

Can I monitor more than one tenant?

Yes. FabricBoard was designed for multiple Microsoft 365 tenants in a single panel — ideal for company groups and consultancies managing customer environments. Multi-tenancy is available on the Business (up to 2 companies) and Enterprise plans.

What does the AI do inside FabricBoard?

The AI processes every error and helps the data analyst understand it: plain-language diagnosis, probable cause and improvement proposals based on the dataset's error. Every message sent to email is processed by AI, you can rewrite any text with AI, and an assistant generates real-time analysis of the solution. All included in every plan — no per-token charges and no separate module, the only one on the market like this.

How much does onboarding cost?

Assisted onboarding + premium support is on a launch offer: one-time R$ 999, up to 3 interest-free installments (regular price R$ 1,399) — it includes specialist-led onboarding, alert and channel configuration, team training and an exclusive WhatsApp or Teams group, with no extra monthly fee. You can also connect on your own during the 14-day free trial.

Can I automate my Fabric capacity?

Yes. Schedule capacity on/off by time (e.g., pause overnight) and configure capacity (SKU) switching by schedule or by usage events — such as throttling or a growing queue. All optional, audited, and only with your explicit authorization.
