What to include in your request

These four details are usually the difference between solving it in the first reply and exchanging three emails:

• Your organization name in FabricBoard — if you serve several customers, tell us which one
• When it happened, with the approximate time and time zone
• The name of the artifact, gateway or capacity involved
• A screenshot, if it is something visual

If it is about a specific alert, its title already takes us to the record.

Frequently asked questions

I cannot sign in

Access to FabricBoard uses your company's Microsoft account, and it is your organization that grants that access — there is no individual sign-up. If sign-in is refused, first talk to whoever administers FabricBoard at your company: your permission is probably missing. If they confirm you already have access and the problem persists, write to us.

I sign in to the app but see nothing

Check the active organization under Settings. If you serve more than one customer, the wrong organization may be selected, and the list is filtered by it.

I am not receiving notifications on my iPhone

Check in this order:

• Under iOS Settings → FabricBoard → Notifications, is permission granted?
• Under the app Settings, is the minimum severity higher than the alert you expected? A device set to “Critical” does not receive warnings.
• Are quiet hours active at that time? Critical alerts ignore them on purpose; the others do not.
• Did you reinstall the app recently? Sign in again — reinstalling generates a new notification identifier.

I received an alert that should not exist

Alert rules are defined per organization in the portal. Whoever administers FabricBoard at your company can adjust which events raise alerts and which channels they go to.

An alert did not arrive

Write to us with the time and the artifact involved. We can trace every delivery attempt, per channel, and tell you what happened.

I want to turn off AI error analysis

An administrator of your organization can turn the feature off under Settings in the portal. If you prefer, ask through the email above. The Privacy Policy describes exactly what this feature sends, how sensitive data is masked and where it goes.

To report a security vulnerability, write to contato@prstecnologia.com with the subject “Security”. We ask that you do not disclose it publicly before we talk.

Ending your use

The FabricBoard contract is signed with your organization, so cancellation goes through it. To delete your individual account or exercise any other right under the LGPD, see the “Your rights” section of the Privacy Policy.
